#22 Brainstorming on  Personality Understand personality and situation. Introvert and Extrovert; both have own traits. Every personality changes as per situation. Dynamic (fluid), not boring (static). Outer (short term) / inner (long term) personality. Roots (experiences). Parents lifestyle (unconscious). Fundamental (biological), Childhood, teenage, mature. Unresolved layers, wrong meanings. No need to convince, understand self and others. Everyone has unique and different childhood. How to change the meaning, what others did, was wrong.
