The Power of Mindfulness. What You Practice Grows Stronger.

If you practice complaining, you’ll get very good at it. You will be able to complain about everything.
When your friends are looking at the big harvest moon, everyone in awe of the beautiful evening, you’ll be able to say: “Yes, but it’s so dark!”
So what do you practice in your life? If you practice peace, you’ll get very good at it.

Bring habit of practicing positivity.
If we are too focused on negative aspects of life that do not promote happiness and positive thinking, those things will end up controlling our life.
When practicing the technique of ignoring negativity, we can start practice of introducing positivity.

Peace and joy come from recognition of the true Self.
In other words, complaining used to block the presence of the true Self with a false self-image.
When the complaining is dropped, the block is dropped, and the true Self naturally shines forth as unprovoked peace and happiness.

Those who are always complaining and grumbling, make not only themselves but everyone else around them miserable and unhappy.
By contrast, those who always live positively and filled with enthusiasm; those who possess a cheerful and sunny disposition that lifts the spirits and brightens the hearts of everyone they meet; are not only happy themselves but are a source of hope and inspiration for others.
