Community Circular Economy:
People know us as Business Community. Let me explain how it works. I'm sharing with you 3000 years of experience. I recommend you to learn this concept and teach your people as much as you can.
1) Core: The community who want to become rich need to do the (core) businesses where they can make a lot of money. They are not afraid of having large (big) family. It's apparently expensive but they choose the hard and right path of progress.

2) Moral: They have moral values. You will never see them in strip club business. There is good money, but we think that's not moral business.
Real estate is OK, it's moral business. A community member buys a 200-unit property from a community broker (realtor). For finance a community financer (bank, lender) will be contacted. All these community people often meet each other in the community center. They know each other very well. Whereabouts where living, all other details. So, they don't need to explain or introduce themselves for a particular (specific) purpose. After financing from community financer and closing the deal, now we need other services too, cleaning, snow removal, construction, renovation, remodeling, construction supplies. These service providers also need help. They need supplies, advertisement, office space and other ancillary services. For support services; accounting, lawyers, renters. All of them pay 10% in charity to community center, to own community private schools, own community food banks, own community disability centers. This all provide the base of circular economy. How it is fair. How and why, it becomes possible and viable.

a) Trust is the base and foundation. Everyone in the community circle has trust on each other. If there is some issue / problem / dispute at some level. Supply quality was not good for example, the issues are resolved through common friends, religious elders, other associates. We avoid (refrain) to defame / screw up each other. Because we have to be together all the time everywhere; in community center, our kids go to school together. So, we are bound to treat each other with respect and dignity.
b) We try to remain on the same page because we do the business within community. Different communities and cultures think in different way and have different priorities, it's natural.
c) We as a community think like a family. We want each member of our community to succeed in circular economy. We try to help our relatives, neighbors to prosper. We as a community are religiously taught to act like that. The secret is everyone is contributing to charity (school). We all have kids and we all are benefiting out of those common facilities. When community is doing good, each of us gets benefit.

This model is not beneficial for only any specific community. Any community can benefit out of this circular economy model.
