Which Made me Wrong - My Mistake or Other's
Meri Galti - My Mistake: Which Made me Wrong - when I say, 'My Mistake' it's taking responsibility and its prophetic path. When I say, 'due to Other's mistake, blaming others is evil path of life'.
1)
كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ Kullukum ra’in wa kullukum mas’ulun an ra’iyyatihi
Al-A'raf (The Heights) 7:23
قَالاَ رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
ان دونوں نے کہا اے رب ہمارے ہم نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کیا اور اگر تو ہمیں نہ بخشے گا اور ہم پر رحم نہ کرے گا تو ہم ضرور تباہ ہوجائیں گے
They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers."

Al-Hijr (The Rocky Tract) 15:39
قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَآ أَغْوَيْتَنِي لأُزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
کہا اے میرے رب! جیسا تو نے مجھے گمراہ لیا ہے البتہ ضرور ضرور میں زمین میں انہیں ان کے گناہوں کو مرغوب کر کے دکھاؤں گا اور ان سب کو گمراہ کروں گا
[Iblîs (Satan)] said: "O my Lord! Because you misled me, I shall indeed adorn the path of error for them (mankind) on the earth, and I shall mislead them all.
Ar-Rum (The Romans) 30:41
ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
خشکی اور تری میں لوگوں کے اعمال کے سبب سے فساد پھیل گیا ہے تاکہ الله انہیں ان کے بعض اعمال کا مزہ چکھائے تاکہ وہ باز آجائیں
Evil (sins and disobedience to Allâh) has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned (by oppression and evil deeds), that He (Allâh) may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return (by repenting to Allâh, and begging His Pardon).
