Joy is in the present moment; regret, depression is past thoughts, anxiety is future fear. (Momin is sahib e haal). He knows value of present moment. Present is very vast and deep.
Negative emotions are enemy of immunity. When we are kids, young age, we are like empty glass. We can bear stress. But when aged, we are like filled glass. Now stress affects our health.
Better the connection with self, better health. What is our self. Our inner is Almighty's entrust. Fears and negative thoughts disconnect us from our inner self.
Within last 10 years, a lot of changes took place in our physical body (our photos tell us) but there is something in our inner, still same. That's our self. That's perfect consciousness.
God, soul, inner, self, infinity, universe, nature; are different names used by different people.

How can we make strong connection with our inner self? Every great invention started from thought. Then we take action (words, action, habit, character, luck). Obviously, destiny and luck play a role but there is a big grey zone area. Free will, choices, options we select each and every day, each and every moment. Our height is our luck (fixed), our weight is our choice.
Pipe needs to be clean for free flow. Our thought pipe needs to be clear (with meditation, breath work) for Grace (gratefulness, gratitude) to flow freely.
Our mind is like a blackboard, we keep on writing on it, we never managed to clean it up. Look at math teacher, English teacher, other 7-8 classes; if all keep on writing on board and no one cleans it. This is what is happening in our lives with our minds.
Jin created from fire, angels created from noor. We, human, created from soil and how we are superior creation. The reason is that He put His own (entrust) capability within us.

This is religious side. Our life starts from first breath. It ends with last breath.
Scientifically it is proven that 70-80% of our toxic and impurities can be released through proper conscious breath. In most cases, we use only 30% of our lung's capacity. 
Our emotions are connected with breath. Let me explain how breathing can affect our job, relationship, health ..... Our love, joy, high moments can be seen on our face with great expression (automatically we take long breaths at that time). On contrary, it is opposite for low and depression moments (automatically our body goes for short breathing).
When we acknowledge peace, happiness; we take deep breath. Like kite is controlled by thread, mind can be controlled with breath. We need to learn proper conscious breathing. It will lead to control our feelings, mind, thoughts, emotions. This is journey of transformation of our inner world.
Practice how Power Breathing, Deep Breathing works. close your eyes, sit relaxed. Inhale through your nose Almighty's bliss (noor, closeness), clean and empower your inner with this noor. Hold the breath. And exhale all impurities, worries, anxieties through your mouth.
We all have life force energy within us. When this energy is low, we feel lazy, negative, lethargic, sad. When this energy is high, we feel happy, energetic; our mind let go negativities.
Right breathing gives us awareness of importance of present moment and how helpless we are. We have no control on our future or past. Happiness is overstated term and we affiliate it with film, drama, book reading. Actually, happiness is a state of mind. It's a choice.
We, humans, are created with 80% happiness and 20% challenges (blank, empty) - kids, economy, health, relationship, relatives, job, business. Our mind amplifies this 20% to 200% and reduces 80% to 8%. 
As soon as we wake up, there is a series of blessings we enjoy. With a healthy morning start, we enjoy countless blessings.
Gratitude and law of attraction work side by side. What we give, comes back to us.
Where our mind focuses, it grows. It's our choice where we focus our mind; on lack or on abundance.
Law of Attraction; we all are like a magnet. What we'll emit, will come back to us.
Our speaking is a vibration, it's energy. When we meet some people, we become happy and vice versa.
When we are stressful, our vibes will be full of stress, creating a stressful environment.
If we enter in a room where some argument is in place, we feel low energy there.
Vibration needs to be cleansed through meditation, breath work; then it will become peaceful. Also, our environment will become peaceful.
It's very important for parents. Because kids are like their parents, not like what they are told.
