When our emotion changes; our breath speed changes. Go through long, mid and short breath exercises. Focus of mind manifest things. Each and every invention started from thought. Thought prepares you for action, then habit, then character, then luck. You cannot change people. Your attitude, behavior, observation, perception and expression of life changes. It's important to remove stress from the nervous system to change a human. Emotions suppressed from childhood come out (even after 20 years). It stays in conscious. You have not forgiven to someone. You are carrying burden of resentment, revenge.

Like we clean and wash our body. We need to clean our thinking, memory, ego every day. We can find energy, spirit, soul, humanity in everything; this is spirituality. Truth is one; there are different ways to find it.
