Comfort Zone, Friendship, Human Supreme Creature

How comfort zone is dangerous and how deep we are dragged in? We might have to review our friendship bonds, our habits, our routine to actively make efforts to explore our full potential and helping to explore full potential of our close friends, relatives (circle of influence - COI).

Apparently, friends are afraid to share their inner voice within COI.

Al-Furqan (The Criterion) 25:28

يَا وَيْلَتَى لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أَتَّخِذْ فُلَانًا خَلِيلًا

Oh, woe is me! Would that I had not taken so-and-so for a friend!

Al-Isra (The Journey by Night) 17:7

إِنْ أَحْسَنتُمْ أَحْسَنتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا فَإِذَا جَاء وَعْدُ الآخِرَةِ لِيَسُوؤُواْ وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُواْ الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُواْ مَا عَلَوْاْ تَتْبِيرًا

[And We said:] "If you persevere in doing good, you will but be doing good to yourselves; and if you do evil, it will be [done] to yourselves." And so, when the prediction of the second [period of your iniquity] came true, [We raised new enemies against you, and allowed them] to disgrace you utterly, and to enter the Temple as [their forerunners] had entered it once before, and to destroy with utter destruction all that they had conquered.

How, we, human beings are (ashraful makhluqat) the most honorable, supreme, and finest creature that has been created in the universe; while jins are created from fire and angles are created from noor and we, human beings are created from soil?

The average human brain weighs about 3 lbs., your brain gets about 15% to 20% of the blood your heart pumps out.

Qaf 50:16

وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ وَنَعْلَمُ مَا تُوَسْوِسُ بِهِ نَفْسُهُ وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ الْوَرِيدِ

اور ہم ہی نے انسان کو پیدا کیا ہے اور جو خیالات اس کے دل میں گزرتے ہیں ہم ان کو جانتے ہیں۔ اور ہم اس کی رگ جان سے بھی اس سے زیادہ قریب ہیں

And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge).

[As far as, I thought this jugular vein is symbolic (means life). No human can live on earth without Me)]

Breathing: we traditionally use only 30% of our lung's capacity. Scientifically it is proven that 70-80% of our toxic and impurities can be released through proper conscious breath. In most cases, we use only 30% of our lung's capacity. Through right conscious breathing (inhaling all noor and excellence and exhaling all evils) we can work on quality thoughts.

We, humans, are created with 80% happiness and 20% challenges (blank, empty) - kids, economy, health, relationship, relatives, job, business. Our mind amplifies this 20% to 200% and reduces 80% to 8%.
