1) Social media and computer games isolate you ending up with undesirable results. You get trap in comfort bubble which gets harder and harder.

2) Don't be afraid to fail, try the opportunity.

3) Never try to fit in. Remain true to yourself. Don't be people pleaser. You are acting like someone who is not you. Then we have to spend time with people whom we don't like.
