Reaching out the client is foundation of business on each and every level. Door knocking, making phone  calls; prospecting. 
There are simple rules to follow to be successful. Successful people follow those rules. They don't like but they do. 
We all people have same likes / dislikes. 
Struggling people don't try dislikes. 
It's only matter of practice.
Old mom started walking after a very long time. After 4 days, she mentioned that she got tired of walking but we pushed her to continue. Next 4-5 days' practice makes our body adapting. 
1 day, 2 day, 1 week, 2 weeks; prospecting then we leave. 
Sometimes even for long time successful you face some break in the results. Then it's better to consult some mentor. 
Something happened in your personal / business life and it changed your mood. 
It's not always market shift, it may be your inner. 
Analyze and work on your mindset but never give up is the key. Your energy level / your thought process is not high. 
Constantly negative chat affects energy level. So change it with +ve affirmations. Affirmations influence the energy level.

Yes, I / my company has sold a house in your neighborhood. I just want it to know if I get the right price and the right timing for you, would you consider moving. No
If you are not moving, can I know what's the reason you think that you don't want to move? Is there something specific in your neighborhood? that you like about or is there any personal reason?
If they don't want to give that, appreciate them and tell them, I was only trying to help you because I help people develop their wealth portfolio by investing in real estate. and if you interested in something, would you consider that I'll be in the neighborhood on Monday / Friday, any of these day work for you. I'll be in the neighborhood, I can be for 15-20 minutes in your house. If they say, yes, we would be interested in buying then you say ok . Try to book an appointment. I'll be in the neighborhood any way on Monday / Friday.
Which days work for you, weekdays or weekend?
If they are not giving appointment then tell them that is there anybody else you know that would be interested in buying /selling home that I can help them from my experience. If no then Thank them and tell them that I do have people in my contact list where I send them my market update once in a month or I do call them every 3 months; would you prefer to be called every 3 months or do you prefer.
This is the way how you can talk to them to get the permission how you can talk to them on monthly basis or 3 monthly basis by phone call and get the permission.
If they say that they have someone who is interested in sending us a lead, thank them very much and tell them would you prefer that I call them or would you want to talk to them and get back to me.
