4:30 observe your breathing process with closed eyes; air in, air out; air in (cool, goes in lungs and stomach expands), air out (reverse, warm).
6:37 abdominal / belly, thoracic, clavicular breathing
8:15 abdominal / belly breathing; with right palm on stomach. Inhale and exhale and observe how stomach expands and squeeze. Add chanting AAAAA with exhale; index finger on root or top of thumb and rest fingers straight
11:00 thoracic / chest breathing; chinmay mudra
Put hand on your chest; be gentle and kind
Add chanting OOOOO with exhale
15:00 clavicular breathing
Grab your thumb with fingers
Put hand on your shoulder; inhale and exhale 10 times
Add chanting hmmmm with exhale
20:30 full yogic breathing
Add all three chanting AAAAA OOOOO hmmmm with exhale
5-10 minutes daily
