Quality of life is determined by quality of your communication: Our level of skill in communication, and the way we deliver our messages will ultimately determine the quality of our life. It makes sense when you think about it. The better we can communicate our needs, the more likely they will be fulfilled.

The better we can understand what other people need the better we can collaborate with them. Ultimately we’ll be happier and less stressed, and the same will be true for the people around us.

When I think of all the people I communicate with in a day, it makes sense that if I can find a way to hear and be heard more effectively, every aspect of my life can be enhanced.

My family, my friends, my clients, my co-workers … It’s really frustrating when intentions get misinterpreted, messages get missed, needs aren’t met, or action stagnates (cease developing; become inactive or dull, do nothing).

Record your voice and listen. You will have more energy in your voice.

More than 90% of us have egoistic, closed minds; Helping others breaks self-centered cycle. It helps living in present moment with mindfulness. 

Meditation; is one solution for 5000 problems (only 5 minutes focus time values more than 24 hours). Practice consistently to get relax. 

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Accept present. 

Prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference. 

Say loud, share your thoughts with others. Write down and share if appropriate; delete if not. 8-9% of us have concentrated mind. Only less than 1% have blessed mind.

The ego is the barometer of consciousness: So the higher your ego is, the lower your level of consciousness will be. While the lower your ego is, the higher your level of consciousness will be. Think of a see-saw. While one end goes up, the other end must come down. A higher consciousness and lower level of ego brings you closer to discovering your soul because you are more aware and appreciative of your true being.

Unlimited Potential; Don’t tell me the sky is the limit when you have footprints on the moon. Don’t limit yourselves, you should not put boundaries around you, be a square in a hole and be brave enough to follow your dreams. It’s ok to make mistakes. It’s okay to fall. It is not important how hard you fall, but how you get up after you fall. The fastest way to make your dream come true is to wake up. Life is very spontaneous. You never know where you land up.

Sometimes we have to work for 18 hour days for our passion. When things just fall easily into your lap, you don’t appreciate them. Find to do things that suite to you. Be the person who can fight the distress. No human being is one dimensional. Be aware what is happening in society. If you try to go out of the limited role for you in life, people usually question it.

As long as you can follow your heart, let people criticize you. People come, come around eventually. It might not be the easiest thing to do it in the beginning, but people do come around.

When we get victimized and we feel why everybody else isn’t trying to get involved. When you have a voice then it is important to use your voice and get involved.  It matters if you can make a difference to one person about empowerment and self-worth. To improve that and to bring awareness, you’re advised, don’t get involved.

Once you decide you want to follow a certain path, even though there might be problems in the beginning and people might say, no, this is not the right thing for you to do. But if they see you’re determined, they will support you. You just go follow your dreams and be who you want to be. 

There’s no set rule that this is what I want to do. Whatever inspired, and I made a plan, it never really worked out because life is spontaneous.
