Thoughts come from soul / heart and then they make our personality.

We mind our outer fitness and nice look. Same way we would need to care of soul / heart.

Likewise is the case of diseases.

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) has said: “Whoever knows himself knows his Lord.” Man Arafa Nafsahu, Faqad Arafa Rabbahu

Apne Mann Mein Doob Kar Pa Ja Suragh-E-Zindagi
Tu Agar Mera Nahin Banta Na Bann, Apna To Bann

Delve into your soul and there seek our life’s buried tracks;
Will you not be mine? then be not mine, be your own right!

Its efficieny of human to what extent he can save himslef from dangerous things in this world and take advatage of useful things around. This is not possible to achieve completely. 
Knowledge is power. Second is anger. These are sources of power. Power under control is useful. Brave and coward. Self defence and balanced (moderate). Power of desires (politics, goals, position).
Laziness and diligence. Power of justice. Power of wisdom.


Alfaz Ke Pechon Mein Ulajhte Nahin Dana
Ghawwas Ko Matlab Hai Sadaf Se Ke Guhar Se!

The wise ʹbout words do not quarrel,
He heeds not shell who seeks the pearl.

Paida Hai Faqat Halq-e-Arbab-e-Junoon Mein
Woh Aqal Ke Pa Jati Hai Shaole ko Sharar Se

Men crazed with love of God possess,
Wit that from spark the flame can guess.

Some 'successful' lawyers help wrong people (desire). Wrong use of wisdom. Deceiving people are very intelligent. Duffer, fool, idiot is opposite.

Some personalities are so attractive that everyone wishes to connect with them.
Everyone has one outer look and one is subconscious. 
Everyone can achieve great traits with hard work. 
We all have beauty in ourselves and opposite too. Our function is to work on both; overcome the ugliness and develop the beauty. It needs effort. 
There is no age limit. 
Holy Prophet PBUH lived four decades with others before declaration as the most true and trustworthy. Every follower at can stick with these two traits (44:00). Is any worship can be substitute of these two traits. 
Muslim community is empty of these two traits. This is ABC of faith. 
Hypocrites were more regular in their prayers to hide their actuality (49:00).
Ethics are no where (50). 
Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder) 13:28
الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ أَلاَ بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
those who believe, and whose hearts find their rest in the remembrance of God - for, verily, in the remembrance of God [men's] hearts do find their rest-:
Intention, determination, reason, sincerity. 

A Hadeeth says, 'Khairun Naas mai'n yanfa'un Naas...' "خير الناس من ينفع الناس". The best among You is the one who Benefits People. 1:06
