Note how much your ribs stretch by putting hands on the sides. Not belly but lungs.
Put one hand on side and other on the belly. Put one hand on belly and other on the back. Say hohoho
Torso below diaphragm lungs; goal is all body relaxation. It will maximize the flow of sound.

With breathing feel lungs open, ribs stretch, torso expand. Make sure your jaw relax, nice and loose.
We started by counting 4 for inhale and 4 for exhale. Now we'll count 8 for inhale and 8 for exhale. Goal is expanding / stretching breathing system. We are teaching our mind to inhale and exhale slowly. Be relax and let air flow in and out.
More air in and out. Build awareness.
We are not creating any tension on muscles. We are practicing free flow of air. Passive inhale, active exhale. Focus on exhale.
With our conscious exhale, our body will learn how to inhale. Practice to sustain breath for longer time.
Day 6: Light Humming Exercise for Froggy Morning
Eat well, sleep well, drink a lot of water; this all affects your voice. Huming exercise warm up helps. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
