Get in comfortable position; sit, stand, lay down. Accept everything good or bad as an experience. Breathe slowly; inhale, exhale. Release your body (neck, shoulder, all tension). Focus on your heart. This is your life, your experience. No one else can tell you; how to live it, how to feel it. Believe in yourself; your feelings matter. They are valuable. Allow to heal what you feel. Think about what make you feel happy (event, moment, person). Get smile on your face. Now think about something what make you sad (situation, person). Now connect with something which make you angry (person, situation). Now connect with the feeling of gratitude (some person who did great for you).
All these feelings matter. Sometimes we don't want to share these draconis (brutals) of life. These are hard facts of life and everyone face them. Nothing is shameful. Go out; look into skies, daylight, clouds, birds. In the night; look at moon, stars. Love to self during these moments. When broken tell yourself; I'm here for you. When sad, we feel older. It's OK. Collectively we all honor our living, our experiences. Together we will pass through it. While comparing with others; may be they are not sharing. But we all are together in everything. Listen to your thoughts. Validate those thoughts lovingly and let them go.
Open your eyes. Use your senses. Look around. Listen and reconnect.

That's why you really gotta be careful not to let rejection take root in your heart. 
Because sometimes people are pushing you away not because of anything that is undesirable about you, but it’s actually that the person finds themselves so undesirable that they don’t know how to let anyone get close.
To let anybody close carries a risk with it, that they will be seen and found out to be less than which they already believe that they are.
And you are spending all of your time trying to love someone who is unable to receive your love. 
And the rejection is not proof of your defection, it is proof of something in their own life.

Our negative emotions: not practical to ignore. They are ours. Deal with them. It's not possible that we ignore deep cut on our arm because it's negative thought. Treating it properly is right approach. Job, marriage, friendship, business; learn love and compassion to deal with emotions. Gratitude with past, don't judge yourself, don't judge others. You would leave with beautiful scars.

Do not focus your healing on making sense of why someone would want to cause you pain. You will never know their true intentions or whether they actually intended to hurt you or not. It’s better to aim to accept instead of to decode, dissect, or justify what happened. Getting stuck on trying to make sense of it is a form of resistance to feeling it or an escape from it.
