Measurement to Manage, Build, Grow, Develop

In this life, we will know and bear witness to incredible sorrow and anguish, and we will experience breathless love and joy.

There will be boring days and exciting moments, low-grade disappointment and seething anger, wonder, and confusion.

The wild and ever-changing nature of emotions and experiences leaves our hearts stretch-marked and strong, worn and willing.

If you can't measure it, you can't improve it.

If you can't measure it, you can't manage it.

You can't manage what you can't measure.

If you can't measure every part of your business, you can't manage or grow it.

If you can't measure it, then it doesn't exist.









A ship in harbor is safe but that is not what ships are built for.
The caterpillar has to suffer silently in a cocoon in order to become a butterfly. Change is painful in the beginning but worth it in the end.
Life has its own wisdom. Who tries to help a butterfly to get out of the cocoon kills it. Who tries to help the seed to get out of the sprout, destroys it. There are certain things that have to happen from the inside out.

comfort in sorrow, misfortune, or trouble;
alleviation of distress or discomfort. something that gives comfort, consolation, or relief:
94:5-6 with every hardship comes ease.
I could not find a hero in my life so I became one.
