How to Overcome FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real

How to Overcome FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real

Our brain is a tool. It's our responsibility to use this tool wisely.

Brian computes on the basis of our past experiences (software, programming) what will happen in our future (predictions).

Our past experiences may be or may not be right. A lot of past stories may be based on illusions.

Our brain creates a safety zone (a familiar zone on our ego base) and then strictly guards it.

Even though this is uncomfortable situation, it is better than unknown.

Now will not take any chance or risk to grow. Brain will reveal some scaring references.

We become so habitual and conditioned that we forget to analyze our thoughts and we count it as real and truth.

Write down the thought and write all possibilities (successes and failures). Then write opposite and again analyze.

Honestly question your thoughts.

The biggest mistake we make is that they believe all the past stories their brains tell them. Learn the art to control your brain by identifying the illusions and gain more courage and happiness in life.

Ghafir (The Forgiver) 40:44
فَسَتَذْكُرُونَ مَا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَصِيرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ
and at that time you will [have cause to] remember what I am telling you [now]. But [as for me,] I commit myself unto God: for, verily, God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His servants.
