Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life.

Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life.

We all practice exploitation of weakness with self and others.

Our minds employ long-established decision-making processes to will

Most of the time, we are unaware of the systematic way our brains make decisions. It is only an awareness of self-awareness that enables you to see them at work.

It can be a reminder to show a red-flag to stop the automatic decisions from taking over.

We eat unhealthy stuff under this influence. We use pretext; we are extremely hungry, thirsty, we can't wait. We may suffer with weight gain and low energy.

We can go through some exercises to direct our thoughts and actions in an unpredictable world. We don’t control and cannot rely on external events, but we can (to a certain extent) control our mind and choose our behavior. It’s not what happens to us but our reactions to it that matter.

A practical approach offers a means to remove emotion and the influence of others when you make decisions. Without right approach, our decisions become influenced by our feelings, our mental models and other external factors.

Doing what’s easy will likely only lead to one thing; a hard life.
