Hi Mujahid,

Thank you for reaching out and connecting! The Landmark Forum was introduced to me by my Executive Director. She brought it in as a tool for the senior leadership team to have, as a way to support us fulfilling on our organizational mission and vision. The Forum was truly life changing. I can't say it was overly comfortable - at times I didn't really want to continue. But, that's to be expected from any transformational experience. The greatest result from the experience was with my relationship with my dad, and I didn't realize how heavy it was weighing on me until it was transformed. Landmark allows guests to attend sessions on certain days. I'm sure you can reach out to the Toronto office and find out more details. I think having a first hand experience will give you more insight into what to expect. My passion is empowering change agents through applying a holistic approach to leadership.
