Whoever will confess that I need more knowledge. Then he / she will read books. Book reading is like an addiction. Even once my plane was out of control, I was reading. I didn't want to die without reading what I was reading. It was very interesting book.

Declutter your schedule. Keep book with you. Invest your time in reading books while wasting. Average life is 62-65 in Pakistan. Waiting time is 6 years . In west, people read books while waiting. It's good habit. 8 hour sleeping equals 23 years 4 months. 8 hour office work equals 23 years 4 months. 6 years for social media. 2 years on TV, 1 year for personal hygiene, 1 year for prayers.

If we are very careful then we are merely left with only 1-2 years for our personal development.

There are six emerging technologies; Artificial Intelligence, data sciences, blockchain, cybersecurity, DevOps, digital marketing.

Success is related to end time. As-Saff (The Row) 61:3 كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِندَ اللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُوا مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ Most loathsome is it in the sight of God that you say what you do not do!

Ego, me, I; very dangerous. Quit criticism until you cross 40 and a lot of research. You can't combine criticism and benefit; tool plaza, wife, kids, colleagues. You can't combine beauty and loyalty, intelligence and hard work. It's very very rare, if found somewhere.

After PhD I got red pen from professor. Now you're able to mark or comment. Follow some ideal. Don't expect idealism from everyone. Shoemaker is good for shoe repair. Auto mechanic is not good for medical treatment. Same is with religious scholars. 

Fight and argue win the outer but not heart. To win the heart, learn to lose argument. Teach continuously, stick with book reading, tell truth, earn legitimate.

4 million religious students. Learn how to earn money from internet, translation, online Quran teaching, teach ethics, teach moral stories, work on character building.

I earned money through book reading. Through reading you get references. Clients tell their stories and ask what do you think. From last 10 years, this is what I'm doing.

Spend money on books. Look at luxury of dowry and lifestyle. But we don't spend on personal development, books, trainings.

Kids see, they don't listen. Kids are not permitted to enter Shah Faisal Mosque. Whatever kids see you are doing, they follow. We have dress code restrictions for mosque; we are not facilitating kids.

Practice halal and legitimate and you will have good results. Kite example; even we can't see it when it goes very high but kite string pull tells us, it's still there.

We all know which actions are recommended for heaven and hell but practice is contrary most of the time.

Guide youth up to your extent then trust them. Look at sons Hazrat Adam AS, family where Hazrat Ibrahim AS was grown up, son of Hazrat Nooh AS, wife of Hazrat Loot AS.

We train our kids to embrace success only. Provide them training also; how to face failures in life.

We all wish; our kids secure first position. Who would go for 2nd, 3rd!
